In this short video course customized for government auditors, Toby DeRoche explores the Scrum framework and how agile auditing makes use of Scrum events and roles.  First, Toby dives deep into the Scrum framework for agile auditing and introduces key Scrum events.  Then he focuses on the three primary Scrum team roles and explains how these fit into agile auditing.

Government auditors need to audit the right risks at the right time, and agile auditing is the way to get there.

With agile auditing, we take a different approach to managing our project, building the audit plan, and designing and implementing tests.  By redefining roles and altering processes, useful audit results are delivered when our customers most need them.
