We will also delve into your personal leadership and communication style using the DiSC profile so that you can guide your staff and keep stakeholders in the loop.
This course assumes you know the basics of audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
As an added bonus, you will have the opportunity to delve into objective setting and audit findings ahead of the course and earn 3 extra hours of CPE.
